摘  要:定宽机锤头平衡气液缸系统发生内泄漏的几率较大,引发的后果较严重。为及时检测到泄漏情况,根据系统原理以及气液缸在不同行程下的气路压力对比,分析推算出了气液缸系统发生内泄漏的判断方法。经实际应用此方法在不增加任何设备的情况下,实现了准确预警,降低了设备故障停机时间。There is a high probability of internal leakage in the hydraulic cylinder system of the balancing tool sled balance of the slab sizing press,which leads to serious consequences.In order to detect the leakage in time,according to the principle of system and the comparison of the air circuit pressure of the pneumatic-hydraulic cylinder different strokes,the judgment method of the internal leakage of the pneumatic-hydraulic cylinder system is analyzed and calculated.Through practical application,this method realizes accurate early warning without adding any equipment,and reduces the downtime of equipment failure.
