摘　　要：针对某厂的焦炉机械安装时,拦焦车钢结构顶部与炉柱吸气管支架相互影响的问题,根据设计和实际工况,确定了炉柱载荷条件和几何尺寸,提出替代材料,并采用有限元进行了计算。根据计算结果,确定了修改方案,并在现场进行实施。According to the design and actual working conditions,the load conditions and geometric dimensions of the buckstay of coke oven are determined,and the alternative materials are put forward.The finite element method is used to calculate the interaction between the steel structure of the coke guiding car and the suction tube support of the buckstay.According to the calculation results,the modification scheme is determined and implemented on site.
