摘  要:钢企回收含铁尘泥因成分不稳定,需有针对性采取不同处理工艺。本文针对某钢厂不同含铁尘泥设置了基于均质化、冷压块、转底炉等三种处理工艺,通过对尘泥集中回收、集中配料处理、后处理集中管理、主体设施能力适当冗余等措施,可实现回收料的柔性接收、柔性配料和处理工艺的柔性选择,可减少某一处理工序故障时对生产的影响,并能节约总图布置用地、提高主体设备作业效率,提升回收料处理效益。The component of steel mills'recycling ferric dust and mud is not stable.They need to take different recycling treatment process.Aiming at a steel plant ferric dust and mud,this paper describes homogenization,cold-bonded briquette,RHF(rotary hearth furnace)three kinds of process scheme.Through ferric mud and dust centralized collection,centralized ingredient processing,centralized Post-processing management,and appropriate redundancy of main equipment capacity,which can realize flexible receiving of recycling materials,flexible ingredient and flexible selection of treatment process.These measures can reduce the impact of a treatment process failure on production,save land for general layout,improve the efficiency of main equipment operation,and improve the efficiency of recycling material treatment.
