摘　　要：为了提高扇形段在线使用寿命,对板坯连铸机扇形段驱动辊结构及常见的故障进行了统计分析,得出了驱动辊故障的原因,并从润滑系统改进、离线修复质量控制、辊子本体结构优化、在线使用维护等方面提出了相应的改进措施,解决了扇形段驱动辊故障引起的铸坯划伤和异物压入的问题,提高了扇形段运行的稳定性。In order to improve the online service life of the segment,the structure and operation of the drive roll in the segment of the Slab Continuous Caster were statistically analyzed.The reasons for the drive roll damage were found out.The corresponding improvement measures were proposed from the aspects of lubrication,repair quality,roller structure,online use and maintenance,and the problems of slab scratch and foreign matter pressing caused by the broken roll and the split bearing damage of the drive roll in the segment were solved,The stability of segment operation is improved,which is helpful to improve the stability of continuous casting machine.
