摘　　要：真空感应炉冶炼灰尘很大,真空系统如果除尘效果不好,很容易造成罗茨真空泵、滑阀泵的损坏,引起油增压泵真空油污染,影响真空感应炉油增压泵运行稳定性。真空感应炉原设计是布袋除尘器,经过一段时间运转,发现布袋除尘器过滤效果不佳,罗茨泵、滑阀泵经常出现研死、运行不正常问题。油池过滤器是湿式除尘器,改造为油池过滤器后,运行效果良好。There is a lot of dust in smelting of vacuum induction furnace.If the dust removal effect of vacuum system is not good,it will easily cause damage to roots vacuum pump and slide valve pump,cause vacuum oil pollution of oil booster pump,and affect the operation stability of oil booster pump of vacuum induction furnace.The original design of vacuum induction furnace is bag filter.After a period of operation,it is found that the filter effect of bag filter is not good.Roots pump and slide valve pump often have problems of grinding and abnormal operation.The oil pool filter is a wet filter,which has been transformed into an oil pool filter with good operation effect.
