摘　　要：KDK40型开堵口一体机是矿热炉炉前专门堵口和开口的设备,其运行效果直接影响矿热炉的生产效率和生产安全。本文主要通过对KDK40型开堵口一体机进行整体分析,提出优化方案,进一步增强设备的整体稳定性和可靠性,使其占用空间更小、适应范围更广,操作简便、易于维护,从而大大降低设备故障率。KDK40 type of all-in-one machine is a special equipment for plugging and opening in front of the submerged arc furnace,and its operation effect directly affects the production efficiency and production safety of the submerged arc furnace.This paper mainly analyzes the KDK40 type of all-in-one machine as a whole,proposes an optimization plan,further enhances the overall stability and reliability of the equipment,makes it occupy a smaller space,has a wider range of adaptation,is easy to operate,and is easy to maintain.Reduce equipment failure rate.
