摘　　要：在高水平社会主义市场经济条件下推进中国式现代化建设,需要从理论上更全面、正确和系统地认识坚持和完善党的全面领导、充分发挥国家顶层设计和战略策略的必要性、重要作用和意义。马克思的生产社会化理论运用辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的方法论,以生产为基础,研究了生产—分配—流通的资本运动过程,揭示了生产发展和人类历史发展的一般规律,深刻把握了生产力和生产关系矛盾运动规律,明确规定了经济基础和上层建筑的性质并对二者的具体方面作了要求,为在整体上进行各种形式的社会协调提供了理论基础。从生产社会化理论出发,新阶段系统推进中国式现代化可以根据生产部类与生产条件的运动规律调整生产结构、根据经济增长驱动因素和经济发展阶段的运动规律调整分配结构、根据经济内循环和内外循环的运动规律调整流通体系。Promoting Chinese-style modernization under the conditions of a high-level socialist market economy requires a more comprehensive,correct and systematic theoretical understanding of the necessity,important role and significance of upholding and improving the party's overall leadership and giving full play to the country's top-level design and strategic strategies.Marx's theory of production socialization uses the methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,based on production,studies the capital movement process of production-distribution-circulation,reveals the general laws of production development and the development of human history,and deeply grasps the law of contradictory movement of productive forces and production relations,clearly stipulates the nature of the economic base and superstructure and sets requirements for their specific aspects,providing a theoretical basis for various forms of social coordination as a whole.Starting from the theory of production socialization,the systematic advancement of Chinese-style modernization in the new stage can adjust the production structure according to the movement laws of production departments and production conditions,adjust the distribution structure according to the movement laws of economic growth driving factors and economic development stages,and adjust the circulation system according to the movement laws of internal economic circulation and internal and external economic circulation.
