摘　　要：文章基于2007—2021年59个经济体15个制造业的面板数据,考察了数字技术创新溢出对全球价值链结构性权力的影响。研究发现:数字技术创新前向溢出可通过提升产业数字化→促进价值链地位提升路径提升价值链结构性权力;后向溢出则可通过提升数字产业化→促进价值链地位提升路径提升价值链结构性权力。数字技术创新前向溢出对欧洲区域、发达经济体、中高技术制造业和简单价值链结构性权力在智能化阶段的提升作用更大;而后向溢出对欧洲区域、发展中经济体、低技术制造业和复杂价值链结构性权力在数字化阶段的提升作用更大。中国应该加强数字基础设施建设,提高数字技术创新的前后向赋能潜力,促进全球价值链的区域延展与深化,提升价值链地位与结构性权力。Based on panel data for 15 manufacturing industries in 59 economies from 2007 to 2021,the paper examines the impact of digital technology innovation spillovers on the structural power of global value chains.The results show that the forward spillover of digital technology innovation can enhance the structural power of the value chain by promoting industrial digitizationpromoting the status of the value chain;The backward spillover can enhance the structural power of the value chain by promoting digital industrializationpromoting the status of the value chain.The forward spillover of digital technology innovation has a greater effect on the structural power of the European region,developed economies,medium and high technology manufacturing industry and simple value chain in the intelligent stage,and the latter spillover has a greater effect on the structural power of the European region,developing economies,low technology manufacturing industry and complex value chain in the digital stage.This study is of great significance for enhancing China's dominance in the global production network,maintaining the security of its industrial chain and supply chain,and promoting the realization of Chinese-style modernization and international powerrebalancing.
