摘　　要：目的 探索高龄老人血清UA水平与代谢综合征(MS)的关系。方法 选取于江苏省省级机关医院健康管理中心进行体检的1013例≥80岁高龄老人进行横断面研究,评估血清UA水平及MS情况,并采用Pearson相关和Logistic回归分析血清UA水平与MS的关系。结果 在1013例高龄老人中,高尿酸血症(HUA)共269例(26.6%),MS共210例(20.7%)。UA水平与年龄、BMI、TG水平和MS呈正相关,而与FPG和HDL-C呈负相关。Logistic回归分析显示,UA是MS的独立危险因素。结论 在高龄老人中,UA水平与MS的发生有显著的相关性。Objective To explore the relationship of the serum uric acid(UA)level with metabolic syndrome(MS)in the elderly aged≥80 years old.Methods A total of 1013 elderly aged≥80 years old from the Health Management Center of Jiangsu Provincial Geriatric Hospital were enrolled in this study.The serum level of UA was detected,and the MS were evaluated.Pearson correlation and Logistic regression were used to explore the relationship of serum UA level with MS.Results Among 1013 elderly aged≥80 years old,there were 269(26.6%)cases of hyperuricemia,210(20.7%)cases of MS.The level of serum UA was positively correlated with age,body mass index,triglycerides and MS,while negatively correlated with fasting plasma glucose and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol.High level of UA was an independent risk factor for MS.Conclusions In the elderly aged≥80 years old,the level of UA is independently related to MS.
