摘　　要：在医疗信息化快速推进过程中,医疗影像数据的安全保护与共享显得越来越重要。本文以医疗影像数据的访问控制和数据安全保护为核心,为医疗数据的使用和共享提供安全保障,提出医疗数据的分级设计思路,构造基于改良的PBAC的分级授权体系,规范影像数据的下载/拷贝流程,并对医学影像数据的加密与溯源进行简要探讨,以保证医疗影像数据的安全共享与使用。In the rapid progress of medical informatization,the security protection and sharing of medical image data are becoming increasingly important.This paper takes the access control and data security protection of medical image data as the core to provide security guarantee for the use and sharing of medical data,proposes a hierarchical design idea for medical data,constructs a hierarchical authorization system based on improved PBAC,and standardizes the download/copy process of image data.Meanwhile,the encryption and traceability of medical image data are briefly discussed,in order to ensure the safe sharing and use of medical image data.
