优质皮肤护理对新生儿皮肤红斑改善情况及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨给予新生儿皮肤红斑患儿优质皮肤护理对新生儿皮肤红斑改善情况及生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年6月-2021年5月天津市第三中心医院收治的共计198例新生儿皮肤红斑患儿作为研究对象,按照随机摸球法分成观察组(99例)与对照组(99例)。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予优质皮肤护理干预,比较两组护理效果、红斑评分、红斑消退时间及生活质量。结果观察组护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预后红斑评分低于干预前,观察组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组红斑消退时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预后婴幼儿生活质量评估问卷(IDQOL)评分低于干预前,观察组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿皮肤红斑给予优质皮肤护理,能够提高护理效果,改善红斑情况,缩短红斑消退时间,提高患儿生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality skin care on the improvement of neonatal skin erythema and quality of life.Methods A total of 198 children with neonatal skin erythema admitted to Tianjin Third Central Hospital from June 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(99 children)and control group(99 children)according to random ball touching method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given high-quality skin nursing intervention.The nursing effect,erythema score,erythema regression time and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The erythema score of the two groups after intervention was lower than that before intervention,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The erythema regression time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of infant quality of life assessment questionnaire(IDQOL)in the two groups was lower than that before intervention,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality skin care for neonatal skin erythema can improve the nursing effect,improve erythema,shorten the time of erythema regression,and improve the quality of life of children.
