摘  要:目的探讨在核心素养视域下,以案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)联合PDCA循环教学法在医学本科生肿瘤学教学中的应用效果。方法2022年9—12月,选取中山大学医学院临床医学专业2018级1班和2班共73名医学本科生作为研究对象,其中1班(n=37)作为对照组采用传统教学,2班(n=36)作为试验组采用CBL教学法联合PDCA循环,通过对比3次测试成绩和学生对教学方法的评价情况,分析两组教学成效。结果试验组3次测试成绩均优于对照组,其中两组第2次测试成绩、章节测试成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学生对新模式的教学评价优于传统教学模式,其中,两组在“学习兴趣提高、临床思维形成”两个条目差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL教学法联合PDCA循环,有助于提高教师授课成效、提升学生学科成绩,实现教学质量的螺旋式上升。Objective To analyze the significance of case based learning(CBL)combined with PDCA circulation method in oncology teaching for undergraduates from the perspective of core competencies.Methods From September to December 2022,a total of 73 undergraduate medical students from Class 1 and Class 2 of Clinical Medicine at Sun Yat sen University School of Medicine in 2018 were selected as the research subjects.Among them,Class 1(n=37)was used as the control group for traditional teaching,and Class 2(n=36)was used as the experimental group for CBL combined with PDCA cycle teaching method.The results of the three tests and the students'evaluation of the teaching methods were compared,and the teaching effectiveness of the two groups was analyzed.Results The experimental group achieved better results in three tests than the control group,with statistically significant differences in the second test and chapter test scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Students'evaluation with the new teaching mode was superior to that of the traditional teaching mode,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the two items of"improvement of learning interest and clinical thinking formation"(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of CBL teaching method and PDCA cycle helps to improve teachers'teaching effectiveness,improve students'academic performance,and achieve a spiral increase in teaching quality.
