摘  要:目的分析护理专业学位硕士研究生临床实践基地带教师资现况及带教能力,构建以学科方向为主的临床实践基地导师指导团队。方法设计调研问卷,对2022年6—7月新疆医科大学第一附属医院临床实践基地的129名带教老师进行问卷调查,并对28名护理导师进行半结构式访谈,针对问题突出的主题词,最终形成“学科方向的指导团队”构建方案。结果65.89%(85/129)的带教老师缺少护理专业硕士研究生的带教经验,57.37%(74/129)的带教老师对护理研究生临床实践大纲知晓程度较低。97.67%(126/129)的带教老师认为研究生指导团队要按照学科方向建立,89.92%(116/129)的带教老师认为应根据学生和导师的学科方向指导研究生临床实践,最终构建以“学科方向”的需求结合导师研究方向的12个临床实践导师指导团队。结论按照学科方向的护理师资团队指导研究生临床实践,突出了专科特色和护理专业临床胜任能力,弥补了临床师资专业及学科差距,提升指导师资的学科建设能力,满足了专科人才培养需求。对于护理专业型硕士研究生的专业价值感培养起到积极促进作用。Objective To analyze the current situation of teachers'resources and teaching ability in clinical practice base area for nursing master's degree students,and to construct a clinical practice base tutor guidance team based on discipline orientation.Methods A questionnaire was designed to survey 129 teaching teachers in the clinical practice base of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from June to July 2022 and 28 clinical nursing tutors were interviewed in semi-structured form.The construction scheme of"disciplinary guidance team"was finally formed according to the subject words with prominent problems.Results A total of 65.89%(85/129)of teaching teachers lacked the teaching experience of nursing master's students,and 57.37%(74/129)of teaching teachers had low awareness of nursing graduate clinical practice outlines.97.67%(126/129)of the teachers believed that the graduate guidance team should be established according to the discipline direction,while 89.92%(116/129)of the teaching believed that the clinical practice of graduate students should be guided according to the discipline direction of students and supervisors.Finally,12 clinical practice guidance teams were constructed based on the needs of the"discipline direction"and the research direction of the supervisors.Conclusion The nursing teacher team guided the clinical practice of graduate students according to the discipline direction,which highlighted the specialty characteristics and clinical competence of nursing specialty,made up the gap of clinical teachers'specialty and discipline,improved the discipline construction ability of the instructor,and met the needs of professional talent training.It plays an active role in promoting the cultivation of professional value of nursing master students.
