神经内科专业基地落实分层递进教学理念的探讨

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)是临床医学专业研究生培养和毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分,也是培养合格专业医师的必经之路。目前住培制度在我国已初步确立,并取得一定成效。但是目前仍存在国内不同区域间培训质量差异较大等问题。山西省人民医院神经内科专业基地成立七年来,紧扣国家住培基地建设要求和评估指标,为了提高住院医师的岗位胜任力,加强分层递进教学理念在教学实践中的落实,从医院到科室在住培体系建设、教学过程管理、师资队伍建设和激励保障机制等方面不断改进实践,通过总结神经内科专业分层递进教学理念在住院医师培养工作中的经验,探讨得失,提高神经内科住培的教育质量和培养效果。Standardized training of residents is not only an important part of post-graduation medical education,but also the necessary way to train qualified young clinicians.At present,the standardized training system of residents has been initially established in China,and has achieved certain results.However,there are still problems such as great differences in training quality among different regions in China.Since its establishment 7 years ago,the neurological department of Shanxi Provincial People's Hospital has been closely to the construction requirements and evaluation index of the national resident standardized training base,in order to improve core competency of residents and strengthen discussion about stratified teaching,the hospital and all departments continuous learning and practice from the aspects of training system construction,teaching management,teaching staff construction and encourage-guarantee mechanism.Through summarize the experience of standardized training of residents in neurology,discuss the gains and losses,the purpose of this paper is to improve the educational quality and training effect of resident training in neurology.
