摘　　要：补血益母颗粒具有补益气血、祛瘀生新的功效,主要含益母草、当归、黄芪、阿胶和陈皮五味药材,活性成分包括挥发油类、多糖类、黄酮类、生物碱类等,主要特征成分为当归中的蒿本内酯、阿魏酸,黄芪中的黄芪甲苷、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷和芦丁,益母草中的益母草碱、盐酸水苏碱,阿胶中的甘氨酸、羟脯氨酸和陈皮中的橙皮苷。补血益母颗粒主要具有抗氧化、补益气血、调节免疫力、抗肿瘤、保肝、子宫修复等作用,目前针对五味药材的提取方法包括浸提法、加热回流法、超声辅助提取法、酶法和超高压辅助提取法等,本文系统综述了国内外关于补血益母颗粒药材提取、分离及药理作用的研究进展,为进一步研究活性成分及应用研究提供理论依据,以期提高补血益母药材资源的充分利用。Buxue Yimu granules have the functions of tonifying qi and blood,removing blood stasis and creating new life,mainly containing motherwort,angelica,astragalus,ejiao and tangerine peel.The active ingredients include volatile oils,polysaccharides,flavonoids,alkaloids,etc.The main characteristic ingredients are artemisia benactone and ferulic acid in angelica,astragaloside,astragalus isoflavone glucoside and rutin in astragalus,leonurine and hydrothreonine hydrochloride in leonuri,glycine,hydroxyproline in ejiao and hesperidin in tangerine peel.Buxue Yimu granules mainly have antioxidant,qi and blood tonic,immunity regulation,antitumor,liver protection,uterine repair and other functions.Currently,the extraction methods for five medicinal materials include extraction method,heating reflux method,ultrasound-assisted extraction method,enzyme method and ultra-high pressure assisted extraction method.In this paper,the research progress on extraction,isolation and pharmacological effects of Buxue Yimu granules at home and abroad was systematically reviewed,which provided theoretical basis for further research on active ingredients and application,in order to improve the full utilization of Buxue Yimu medicinal materials resources.
