普瑞巴林联合扎冲十三味丸治疗带状疱疹神经痛的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨普瑞巴林联合扎冲十三味丸治疗带状疱疹神经痛(PHN)的效果。方法选择2020年9月~2022年9月某院接诊的96例PHN患者,按随机数字法分成常规组、实验组,各48例。常规组予普瑞巴林治疗,实验组在其基础上合用扎冲十三味丸治疗,对比两组治疗疗效、疼痛程度、睡眠质量、血清炎性指标。结果实验组治疗4周临床总有效率(93.75%)较常规组高(79.17%),差异有统计学差异(P<0.05);实验组治疗3个月后临床总有效率(85.42%)较常规组高(66.67%),差异有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后视觉模拟评分(VAS)、失眠严重程度指数(ISI)评分均降低,且实验组VAS、ISI评分较常规组更低,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平均下调,且实验组TNF-α、PGE2、IL-6水平较常规组更低,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论普瑞巴林联合扎冲十三味丸用于PHN疗效确切,可降低炎性反应,减轻疼痛,改善睡眠。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of pregabalin combined with Zhachong Shisanwei pills on pain degree and serum inflammatory indexes of patients with herpes neuralgia(PHN).METHODS A total of 96 PHN patients admitted to a hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected and divided into conventional group and experimental group by random number method,with 48 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with pregabalin,and the experimental group was treated with Zhachong Shisanwei pills on the basis of the treatment.The therapeutic effect,pain degree,sleep quality and serum inflammatory indexes of the two groups were compared.RESULTS The total effective rate of the experimental group(93.75%)was higher than that of the conventional group(79.17%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group(85.42%)was higher than that of the conventional group(66.67%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).Visual analog scale(VAS)and insomnia severity index(ISI)scores of both groups were decreased after treatment,and VAS and ISI scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the conventional group,with statistical dfference(P<0.05).After treatment,tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),prostaglandin E,(PCE,)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels in both groups were down-regulated,and the levels of TNF-α,PGE,and IL-6 in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Pregabalin combined with Zhachong Shisanwei pilsl is effective in treating PHN.It can reduce inflammatory response,relieve pain and improve sleep.
