苗药三两银非生物碱成分的分离鉴定

摘　　要：目的:分离鉴定苗药三两银的非生物碱成分。方法:采用碱性氧化铝、氨基硅胶和硅胶柱层析分离化合物,通过核磁共振波谱数据鉴定结构。结果:从三两银中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为三十二碳-1-烯(1)、达玛烯二醇3-O-棕榈酸酯(2)、20,25-epoxydammarane-3β,24α-diol-3-O-palmitate(3)、羽扇豆醇(4)、β-香树脂醇(5)、(23E)-euph-7,23-dien-3β,25-diol(6)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。Objective To isolate and identify the non-alkaloidal Constituents from Miao medicine Sarcococca ruscifolia.Methods The compounds were separated by alkaline alumina,aminated silica gel and silica gel column chromatography,and their structures were identified by NMR data.Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as dotriacont-1-ene(1),dammarenediol II 3-O-palmitate(2),20,25-epoxydammarane-3β,24α-diol-3-O-palmitate(3),lupeol(4),β-amyrin(5)and(23E)-euph-7,23-dien-3β,25-diol(6).Conclusion All compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time.
