中西医结合治疗化疗后气血两虚型白细胞减少症30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气升白汤治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后气血两虚型白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法:回顾收集在研究期内本院60例恶性肿瘤患者口服化疗类药物后引起白细胞数量减少的临床资料,将上述这些患者进行随机抽样分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予口服利可君片进行治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上口服益气升白汤进行联合治疗,连续用药治疗4个疗程(1个疗程为7 d),结束疗程后观察对比两组治疗前后临床有效率、白细胞计数水平以及临床症状改善情况。结果:治疗后白细胞计数,观察组的升高水平高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床症状评分低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率93.33%,明显高于对照组的70.00%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气升白汤对于治疗恶性肿瘤患者化疗后出现气血两虚的白细胞减少症者疗效较确切,能够提升白细胞数目,改善临床症状,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Shengbai Decoction in the treatment of leukopenia due to deficiency of both qi and blood after chemotherapy for malignant tumors.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with malignant tumor who took chemotherapy drugs orally during the study period were retrospectively collected.These patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with oral Likejun tablets,while the patients in the observation group were treated with oral Yiqi Shengbai Decoction on the basis of the control group.The patients in the observation group were treated with drugs continuously for 4 courses(one course of treatment was 7 days).After the course of treatment,the clinical effective rate,white blood cell count and the improvement of clinical symptoms were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the white blood cell count and the level of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical symptom score of the control group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 93.33%in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group 70.00%,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Shengbai decoction is effective in the treatment of leukopenia with deficiency of both qi and blood after chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumors.It can increase the number of leukocytes and improve clinical symptoms.It is worth popularizing.
