摘 要:目的 了解云浮市生活饮用水水碘含量分布情况,为准确划定云浮市碘缺乏地区、适碘地区和水源性高碘地区,指导各地落实科学补碘防治政策提供依据。方法 云浮市以行政村(社区)为单位,采集所有县(市、区)常住居民的生活饮用水(包括集中式供水、分散式供水和混合式供水),检测水碘含量,计算水碘中位数。结果 2022年云浮市全市共采集水样6 017份,水碘中位数2.00μg/L,范围为0.20~322.00μg/L,其中97.56%(5 870/6 017)水碘<40μg/L;1.98%(119/6 017)水碘在40~100μg/L之间;0.46%(28/6 017)水碘>100μg/L。973个行政村(社区)中,水碘中位数为0.20~68.70μg/L,其中972个行政村(社区)水碘中位数<40μg/L,占99.90%;1个行政村(社区)水碘中位数在40~100μg/L之间,占0.10%。结论 云浮市总体属于碘缺乏地区,绝大部分地区生活饮用水水碘含量处于较低水平,须坚持科学补碘,持续开展碘缺乏病监测。Objective To understand the distribution of iodine content in drinking water in Yunfu City,so as to provide a basis for accurately delineating iodine deficiency areas,suitable iodine areas and water-based high iodine areas,and to pro-vide guidance for implementing scientific iodine supplementation and prevention policies in various regions.Methods In Yunfu City,drinking water samples(including centralized water supply,decentralized water supply,and mixed water supply)were collected from permanent residents in all counties(cities,districts)based on administrative villages(communities).The iodine content in the water was detected,and the median iodine content in the water was calculated.Results In 2022,a total of 6017 water samples were collected in Yunfu City,with a median iodine content of 2.00μg/L,ranging from 0.20 to 322.00μg/L.Among them,97.56%(5870/6017)water iodine was<40μg/L,1.98%(119/6017)water iodine was between 40 and 100μg/L,and 0.46%(28/6017)water iodine was>100μg/L.In 973 administrative villages(communi-ties),the median water iodine ranged from 0.20 to 68.70μg/L.Among them,972 administrative villages(communities)with median water iodine was less than 40μg/L,accounting for 99.90%,and 1 administrative village(community)with median water iodine between 40 and 100μg/L,accounting for 0.10%.Conclusion Yunfu City is an iodine-deficient area on the whole.The iodine content of drinking water in most areas is at a low level.Scientific iodine supplement should be ad-hered to and iodine deficiency disease monitoring should be carried out continuously.
