摘　　要：目的了解2016—2021年新疆生产建设兵团(简称兵团)含脑膜炎球菌成分疫苗(meningococcal-containing vaccine,MCV)疑似预防接种异常反应(adverse events following immunization,AEFI)发生情况,为MCV安全性提供依据。方法通过中国AEFI监测信息管理系统收集2016—2021年兵团报告的接种MCV后发生AEFI病例信息,采用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果共报告AEFI病例311例、年均发生率为53.78/10万剂次。接种A群脑膜炎球菌多糖疫苗和A群C群脑膜炎球菌多糖疫苗AEFI发生率分别为86.24/10万剂次和24.62/10万剂次。一般反应289例(49.97/10万剂次),其中发热260例、红肿53例、局部硬结26例;异常反应22例(3.80/10万剂次),其中过敏性皮疹13例、斑丘疹4例、荨麻疹2例、其他3例。男女性别比为1.17∶1,以6岁以下儿童为主,第二和第四季度发生FEFI病例较多。兵团14个师均有AEFI病例报告,以第八师报告数最多81例;接种后1 d内发生AEFI病例占88.10%,接种第一剂次后发生AEFI病例占60.13%。结论2016—2021年兵团接种2种MCV后未发生超过预期范围AEFP,系统运转良好,应继续加强AEFI监测。Objective To understand the situation of the suspected adverse events following immunization(AEFI)after the vaccination with meningococcal-containing vaccine(MCV)in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(Corps for short)from 2016 to 2021,and provide basis for the safety of MCV.Methods The information of the cases with AEFI reported by the Corps during 2016-2021 were collected from China AEFI Monitoring Information Management System,and analyzed with descriptive epidemiological method.Results A total of 311 cases with AEFI were reported and the average annual incidence rate was 53.78/100000 doses.The incidence rate of AEFI was 86.24/100000 doses with immunization of group A meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine,and was 24.62/100000 doses with immunization of group A and C meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine.There were 289 cases with general reaction(49.97/100000 doses),including 260 cases with fever,53cases with redness and swelling,26 cases with local induration.There were 22 cases with paradoxical reactions(3.80/100000doses),including 13 cases with allergic rash,4 cases with maculopapular,2 cases with urticarial,and 3 cases with other reaction.The ratio of the male cases with AEFI to the female cases was 1.17∶1,and the cases of children younger than 6 years old was dominant.More cases with AEFI were reported in the second and fourth quarters.There were cases reported in all 14 divisions of Corps,and the largest number of 81 cases were reported in eighth division.The proportion of the cases with AEFI was 88.10%within 1 day after inoculation,and was 60.13%after first dose inoculation.Conclusions There is no AEFI over expectation after two kinds of MCVs immunization in the Corps during 2016-2021.The monitoring of AEFI should be further strengthened to ensure the safety of vaccines.
