摘 要:目的了解广东省揭阳市人感染禽流感流行特征,为完善当地人感染禽流感监测体系和有效防控人感染禽流感提供科学依据。方法通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统、广东省急性传染病监测信息系统,收集2021—2022年揭阳市人感染禽流感监测数据,应用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果2021—2022年揭阳市未报告人感染禽流感确诊病例。流感哨点医院共采集样本2080份,严重呼吸道住院病例哨点医院采集样本520份,均未检出禽流感病毒;共采集禽类市场外环境样本610份,检出H9亚型禽流感病毒阳性364份,H5亚型禽流感病毒阳性22份,H7亚型禽流感病毒阳性1份。结论揭阳市禽类市场外环境普遍存在H5、H9亚型禽流感病毒污染,人感染禽流感病例的发现和确诊方式存在不足;建议加强监测,采取行为干预措施,不断完善人感染禽流感预警预报体系。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of human avian influenza in Jieyang city,Guangdong Province,and provide scientific basis for improving the monitoring system of human avian influenza and effective prevention and control of this disease.Methods The data of human avian influenza in Jieyang city from 2021 to 2022 were collected through China disease prevention and control information system and Guangdong provincial acute infectious disease monitoring information system,and analyzed with descriptive epidemiological methods.Results There was no confirmed cases with avian influenza reported in Jieyang city from 2021 to 2022.A total of 2080 specimens were collected from influenza sentinel hospitals,and 520 specimens were collected from the sentinel hospitals for severe respiratory inpatients.There was no avian influenza virus detected.Totally 610 specimens were collected from external environment of poultry market,with 364 positive specimens of avian influenza virus of H9 subtype,22 positive specimens of H5 subtype and 1 positive specimen of H7 subtype.Conclusions The pollution of avian influenza virus of H5 and H9subtype exists in the outside environment of poultry market in Jieyang city,and the detection and diagnosis methods of human avian influenza were insufficient.It is suggested to strengthen the surveillance,carry out behavioral intervention measures and improve the early warning and prediction system of human avian influenza.
