2019—2022年南通市通州区医疗机构消毒效果监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解江苏省南通市通州区医疗机构消毒质量状况,以制定有效措施控制院内感染。方法根据GB 15982-2012《医院消毒卫生标准》、GB 18466-2005《医疗机构水污染排放标准》、2002版《消毒技术规范》,对2019—2022年通州区一级、二级医疗机构的室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒液和压力蒸汽灭菌器等的消毒效果进行监测。结果2019—2022年共监测样品3988份,合格3876份、合格率97.19%,合格率2019年最低(95.75%)、2022年最高(98.24%),呈逐年上升趋势(趋势χ^(2)=14.594,P<0.05);一级医院共监测样品2979份,合格2891份、合格率97.05%,合格率2019年最低(95.40%)、2022年最高(98.22%),合格率呈上升趋势(趋势χ^(2)=12.685,P<0.05)。使用中消毒液合格率为100.00%,手合格率最低(83.96%);医护人员手合格率2019年最低(77.36%)、2022年最高(91.46%),呈逐年上升趋势(趋势χ^(2)=10.974,P<0.05);不同年度医疗器械监测合格率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.425,P<0.05)。结论2019—2022年通州区医疗机构总体消毒质量逐年上升,医护人员手合格率较低;应进一步加强监测和整改,不断提高医疗机构消毒质量。Objective To investigate the disinfection quality among medical institutions in Tongzhou district of Nantong city,Jiangsu province,so as to formulate effective measures for controlling the nosocomial infection.Methods According to the Hospital Disinfection Hygiene Standard(GB 15982-2012),Water Pollution Discharge Standards for Medical Institutions(GB 18466-2005),and Disinfection Technical Specification(2002 version),the disinfection quality of indoor air,surfaces,hands of medical staff,disinfectants in use,pressure steam sterilizers were monitored in level I and II medical institutions in Tongzhou District from 2019 to 2022.Results From 2019 to 2022,a total of 3988 samples were monitored.Totally 3876 samples were qualified,with the qualification rate of 97.19%.The qualification rate was the lowest(95.75%)in 2019 and the highest(98.24%)in 2022,and showed increasing trend year by year(trendχ^(2)=14.594,P<0.05).In level I hospitals,there were 2979 samples monitored,and 2891 samples were qualified,with the qualification rate of 97.05%.The qualification rate was the lowest in 2019(95.40%)and the highest in 2022(98.22%),with increasing trend(trendχ^(2)=12.685,P<0.05).The qualification rate was 100.00%in the disinfectant in use,and was the lowest(83.96%)in hands.The qualification rate of hands of medical staff was the lowest(77.36%)in 2019,and the highest(91.46%)in 2022,with increasing trend year by year(trendχ^(2)=10.974,P<0.05);There was statistical difference(χ^(2)=11.425,P0<.05)among the qualified rates of medical devices in different years.Conclusions From 2019 to 2022,the overall quality of disinfection among medical institutions increased year by year in Tongzhou district.The qualification rate of hands of medical staff is low.The monitoring and rectification should be strengthened to continuously improve the disinfection quality in medical institutions.
