摘　　要：介绍2022年我国硫酸行业生产运行情况:硫酸总产能1.296亿t,同比上升1.3%;停产产能总计819万t,同比下降5.9%;新建产能总计381.1万t,同比下降5.4%。硫酸总产量1.07亿t,同比下降2.2%,占全球硫酸总产量的34.9%;平均开工率为82.6%,同比下降2.9个百分点。硫酸产量主要分布在云南、贵州、四川、湖北等磷资源地,以及安徽、内蒙古、广西、河南等冶炼产能较大的地区,工业发达的华东地区。2022年我国累计出口硫酸364.3万t,同比上升28.3%;平均出口价格116.8美元/t,同比上升28.2%。2022年我国硫酸进口量27.5万t,同比下降33.5%;剔除高价酸后,平均进口价格89.8美元/t,同比上升13.2%。介绍硫资源供应及消费情况。对我国硫酸行业未来发展趋势进行展望。The production and operation situation of China's sulfuric acid industry in 2022 is introduced:The total production capacity of sulfuric acid is 129.6 million tons,with an increase of 1.3%year-on-year;The capacity of the shutdown is 8.19 million tons,with a decrease of 5.9%year-on-year;The total newly built capacity is 3.811million tons,with a decrease of 5.4%year-on-year.The total production of sulfuric acid is 107 million tons,with a decrease of 2.2%year-on-year,accounting for 34.9%of the global total production of sulfuric acid;The average operating rate is 82.6%,with a decrease of 2.9 percentage points.The output is mainly distributed in four major phosphorus resource areas in Yunnan,Guizhou,Sichuan and Hubei,as well as regions with large smelting capacity such as Anhui,Inner Mongolia,Guangxi and Henan,and East China with developed industries.In 2022,the export of sulfuric acid is 3.643 million tons,with an increase of 28.3%year-on-year;The average export price is 116.8dollars per ton,with an increase of 28.2%year-on-year.In 2022,the import of sulfuric acid is 275000 tons,with a decrease of 33.5%year-on-year;After excluding high price acids,the average import price is 89.8 dollars per ton,with an increase of 13.2%year-on-year.The supply and consumption of sulfur resources are introduced.The development trend of China's sulfuric acid industry in the future is prospected.
