降低湿法净化磷酸半水石膏磷损失的工艺

摘　　要：湿法净化磷酸副产半水石膏,晶体细小,含磷高,过滤难度较大,不仅影响生产效率,而且磷损失大,生产成本高。基于二水石膏具有易过滤、含磷低、品质高等优点,通过控制反应温度约60℃、液相SO3质量浓度约38 g/L、反应时间2 h等参数,将半水石膏转晶为二水石膏,所得石膏总磷、非水溶磷含量大幅度降低,湿法磷酸净化系统磷收率大幅度提升,可达95%左右。The hemihydrous gypsum is by-product of wet process purification phosphoric acid,the gypsum crystal is small,the gypsum contains high phosphorus,the filtration difficulty is greater,not only affects the production efficiency,but also increases the phosphorus loss,production cost is high.Based on the advantages of easy filtration low phosphorus content and high quality of dihydrate gypsum,by controlling the reaction temperature of abou60℃,the concentration of liquid SO3of about 38 g/L and the reaction time of 2 h,the hemihydrate gypsum is transformed into dihydrate gypsum.The total phosphorus and non-water-soluble phosphorus of the gypsum are greatly reduced,and the phosphorus yield of the wet process phosphoric acid purification system is greatly increased,reaching about 95%.
