摘  要:研究复合肥的防结块性能需采用堆包实验,尽管结果与复合肥实际堆存接近,但需要耗费大量人力和财力。介绍一种适用于环境模拟箱的辅助装置,可以模拟复合肥仓储的温度、湿度和压力来进行加速破坏实验,从而快速判定复合肥防结块性能的优劣。该装置可以缩短检测时间,为产品研发和工艺调整等提供参考。In order to study the anti caking performance of compound fertilizer,it is necessary to use heap pressure experiment.Although the results are close to the actual storage conditions of compound fertilizer,it requires a lot of manpower and financial resources.An auxiliary device suitable for environmental simulation box is introduced,which can simulate the temperature,humidity and pressure of compound fertilizer storage to conduct accelerated destruction test,so as to quickly determine the anti caking performance of compound fertilizer.The device can shorten the detection time and provide reference for product development and process adjustment.
