摘　　要：通过对烷基化废硫酸裂解装置锅炉清灰系统进行改进探寻,解决现有锅炉清灰方式的技术瓶颈,实现锅炉在线自动清灰。本着先进、安全可靠、操作方便和经济合理的原则,实现机械自动化代替人工作业,以提高工作效率,同时减轻劳动强度,确保操作的安全性和可靠性。By exploring the improvement of ash cleaning system for alkylation waste sulfuric acid cracking plant boilers,the technical bottleneck of existing boiler ash cleaning methods has been solved,and the online automation ash cleaning has been achieved.Based on the principles of advanced,safe and reliable,convenient operation,and economic rationality,mechanical automation is implemented to replace manual work,improving work efficiency,reducing labor intensity,and ensuring the safety and reliability of operation.
