摘　　要：介绍袋式除尘器的结构和工作原理,针对袋式除尘器在饲料级磷酸氢钙生产中存在的通气量变小、抽风量突然增大、干燥袋式除尘器箱体锈蚀等问题,提出改进措施。改造后,解决了运行初期存在的诸多问题,对装置的产能提升和现场环境改善起到了较大作用。The structure and working principle of bag dust collector are introduced.In view of the problems of bag dust collector in feed-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate production,such as small ventilation volume,sudden increase of air extraction volume and rust of dry bag dust collector box,some improvement measures are put forward.After the transformation,many problems existed in the initial stage of operation are solved,the production capacity of the device is improved and the site environment is improved.
