摘　　要：磷尾矿干堆技术对排放渣及污水的指标控制尤为重要。将ρ(总磷)为1727 mg/L的磷尾矿浆,用石灰乳调节pH至10.5后一次过滤,滤饼加水调浆二次过滤,联合浸出工艺可使尾矿渣浸出液ρ(总磷)降低至0.2 mg/L,符合污水排放标准,确保了尾矿渣满足一类渣的要求(GB 8978—1996)。It is particularly important to control the indicators of discharged slag and sewage for dry deposit of phosphorus tailings.The pH of tailings slurry with the total phosphorus content of 1727 mg/L is adjusted to 10.5 with lime milk.After primary filtration of tailings slurry,the filter cake is mixed with water for secondary filtration,and the total phosphorus content of phosphorus tailings leaching solution is reduced to 0.2 mg/L,which meets the sewage discharge standard,phosphorus tailings meets the requirements of class I slag(GB 8978—1996).
