摘　　要：探究智库知识服务创新机制有助于提升智库知识服务的质量和水平。通过系统分析基于知识融合的智库知识服务创新价值链,在梳理出基于知识融合的智库知识服务创新机制构成要素的基础上,构建基于知识融合的智库知识服务创新机制模型。基于知识融合的智库知识服务创新机制是由智库的多主体知识服务需求、多来源知识服务资源、多样化知识服务成果和知识服务联盟四要素构成,各要素相互影响,共同促进智库的知识服务创新发展。该模型揭示在知识融合视角下智库知识服务创新的系统结构和作用机理,为智库知识服务创新的动因、运行、价值创造和发展提供理论参考,有助于指导中国智库的知识服务创新实践。Exploring the innovation mechanism of think tank knowledge service is helpful to improve the quality and level of think tank knowledge service.By systematically analyzing the value chain of knowledge service innovation of think tanks based on knowledge fusion,and sorting out the components of knowledge service innovation mechanism of think tanks based on knowledge fusion,a model of knowledge service innovation mechanism of think tanks based on knowledge fusion is constructed.The knowledge service innovation mechanism of think tanks based on knowledge fusion is composed of four elements:multi-agent knowledge service demand,multi-source knowledge service resources,diversified knowledge service results and knowledge service alliance.All factors influence each other and jointly promote the innovative development of think tank knowledge service.This model not only reveals the systematic structure and mechanism of think tank knowledge service innovation from the perspective of knowledge fusion,but also provides a theoretical reference for the motivation,operation,value creation and development of think tank knowledge service innovation,which is helpful to guide the practice of Chinese think tank knowledge service innovation.
