摘　　要：当前医生职业出现一定的被污名化趋势,其进程表现出振荡摆动的特点。影视作品作为信息载体和传播媒介,具有遏制或推动医生职业污名化的双重可能。医疗题材影视作品既科普了相关医学知识,又能说明医学的有限性,还可反映医生群体的工作与生活状态,使受众获得医生职业的真实体验感。因此,医疗题材影视作品可以在潜移默化中说服受众,弥合医患之间的知识鸿沟,消除情感隔阂,降低患方对医方过高的能力依赖与道德期待,从而起到抑制、减弱医生职业污名化的作用;但影视作品对医生形象的消极建构也需引起重视。未来应进一步验证医疗题材影视作品遏制与逆转医生职业污名化的现实效果,探究不同体裁影视作品对于不同受众的去污名化效果及其影响因素。At present,there is a certain trend of occupational stigma of doctors,and the stigmatization process shows the characteristics of oscillation.Film and television works,as information carriers and communication media,have the dual possibility of containing or catalyzing the stigmatization of doctors.Medical-themed films and television works not only popularize science medical knowledge,but also illustrate the limitation of medicine.They reflect the working and living status of doctors and make audience get the real experience of doctors.This can persuade the audience imperceptibly,bridge the knowledge gap and emotional estrangement between doctors and patients,reduce patients'excessive ability dependence on doctors and moral expectations,and thus play a role in containing stigmatization.However,we should also pay attention to the negative construction of doctor image in film and television works.Future research is necessary to verify the practical effect of medical-themed film and television works on containing and reversing stigmatization of doctors,and explore the different effects of different genres of film and television works on different audience and its influential factors.
