摘　　要：在对田野八式的要义做了一种新的回顾之后,我们需要将人类学的田野研究跟人的成长紧密地联系在一起,这样一来,田野工作就成为人的成长的一种途径,因此,也就同样存在着一种作为人生历程的“田野八式”。这其中隐含着一个人自身的问题在与田野的真实触碰中得到解决的可能,从而实现了人类学家在自我救赎意义上的人格成长。这种田野人格是具有世界人格意义上的那种具有无限包容性的人格特质的养成,这是人类学家在田野之中基于亲身在场而生成的自我问题意识的唤醒并以此为基础实现了对自我的超越。人类学的田野研究不仅提供了一种方法,而且提供了独特的、以民族志的方式去阅读大千世界的可能,由此形成了一种整体性的关怀世界的自我意识。After a new review on the eight ways of fieldwork,we need tightly to bind the fieldwork of anthropology with personal growth,in other words,fieldwork is a way of personal growth.It is meant that there is the eight ways of fieldwork as life course in which personal problems coming across with the real happenings of the field are solved by the process.Therefore,personality growth of life redemption is being achieved.This kind of field personality also implies a kind of world personality by which an unlimited tolerance of personality traits should be included.This is an arousing of the anthropologist's self-consciousness just because of being in the field scene.And then a kind of self-transcendence is also achieved in the process.All in all,the fieldwork of anthropology not only provides a method to do research in the field but also provides an ethnographical reading of the world by which a holistic world view of self-consciousness is being brought up.
