摘  要:高硫型贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥在海洋工程快速施工具有显著的优势,但是该水泥熟料后期强度发展不足。采用硼/磷复合掺杂的方法开展了提高后期强度的研究,并采用X射线衍射结合Rietveld全谱定量分析、扫描电镜、等温量热及热重分析等测试方法,研究了硼/磷复合掺杂对高硫型贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥熟料矿物形成、微观结构及水化等的影响。研究表明:硼、磷2种元素均能固溶到硅酸二钙的晶体结构中,形成结构缺陷,提高熟料中α-C_(2)S含量,同时提高c-C_(4)A_(3)$的含量,促进了熟料早期的水化和后期强度的发展。Sulfate-rich belite sulfoaluminate cement is used in rapid construction of marine engineering,but the strength of the clinker developed is not enough in the later period.The improvement of the strength in the later stage was investigated via boron/phosphorus composite doping.The effect of boron/phosphorus composite doping on the mineral formation,microstructure,and hydration of high sulfur belite aluminate clinker was analyzed by X-ray diffraction combined with Rietveld full spectrum quantitative analysis,scanning electron microscopy,isothermal calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis.The results show that boron and phosphorus both can exist in the crystal structure of dicalcium silicate,form the crystal defects,and increase the content ofα-C_(2)S and c-C_(4)A_(3)$,thus promoting the early hydration and later strength development of the clinker.
