摘　　要：沙漠干热环境是一种具有挑战性的极端恶劣特殊地域,在该环境下机体更易出现耐受能力及代偿能力急剧下降。在沙漠干热环境下的战创伤患者更容易遭受感染,并发多器官功能障碍,从而危及生命。然而,在沙漠干热环境下的战创伤感染研究目前较缺乏,加强沙漠干热环境下的战创伤后感染研究,对减少战斗减员、增加作战能力具有重大意义。本文重点叙述在沙漠干热环境条件下对战创伤感染的认识、防治策略以及展望。Dry-heat desert environment is a challenging and extremely harsh special landform,in which the body is more prone to a sharp decline in tolerance and compensatory ability,which is life-threatening.War trauma patients in dry-heat desert environment are more likely to suffer from infection and multiple organ dysfunction,which is fatal.However,there is a lack of research on post-traumatic infection in dry-heat desert environment.Strengthening the research on post-traumatic infection in dry-heat desert environment is of great significance to reduce combat attrition and increase combat capability.This paper focuses on the understanding,prevention and control strategies and prospects of war trauma infection under the condition of dry-heat desert environment.
