摘 要:齿轮传动系统作为地铁车辆动力传递的关键部件,其动态啮合特性对车辆舒适性及安全性有重要影响。文章根据动力学理论方法,建立了考虑齿轮啮合时变刚度、轨道不平顺冲击等影响因素的地铁车辆-传动系统耦合动力学模型;详细分析了齿轮传动系统啮合特性,并研究了多种典型线路激扰对啮合冲击的影响,获取了齿轮传动系统参数对齿轮箱及电机的振动响应的影响特性。分析结果表明,轨道不平顺激励与车速对齿轮啮合特性有明显影响,齿轮啮合传动对齿轮箱垂向振动影响显著,螺旋角过大或过小都会恶化齿轮传动系统啮合特性。Gear transmission system is a key component of power transmission of metro vehicles,and its dynamic meshing characteristics have important influence on vehicle comfort and safety.This paper establishes a coupling dynamic model of metro vehicle-transmission system based on dynamic theory,considering the influence factors of gear meshing time-varying stiffness and track irregularity impact.The meshing characteristics of the gear transmission system are analyzed in detail,and the influence of various typical line disturbance on the meshing impact is studied.The influence characteristics of the gear transmission system parameters on the vibration response of the gear box and the motor are obtained.The analysis results show that the track irregularity excitation and the speed have obvious influence on the gear meshing characteristics,the gear meshing transmission has significant influence on the vertical vibration of the gear box,and the meshing characteristics of the gear transmission system will be worsened if the helical angle is too large or too small.
