摘 要:豪克能加工技术对于提升工件表面质量效果较为显著,针对该技术用于改善电机端盖轴承室表面粗糙度时可能遇到的技术风险,文章以某型电机端盖为例,对比分析豪克能加工前后轴承室表面粗糙度、直径、形位公差的变化,并制作端盖材料试样,研究豪克能加工对表层硬度、微观组织、常规力学性能、断裂韧性和疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,豪克能加工后电机端盖轴承室的表面粗糙度大幅改善,直径和形位精度可控,且保证了电机端盖安全服役的可靠性。The hawking processing technology has a significant effect on improving the surface quality of the workpiece.In view of the technical risks that may be encountered when this technology is used to improve the surface roughness of the bearing chamber of motor end cover,this paper takes a motor end cover as an example to compare and analyze the surface roughness,diameter,shape and position tolerance of the bearing chamber before and after hawking processing technology.The end cover material samples are made to study the effects of hawking processing technology on surface hardness,microstructure,conventional mechanical properties,fracture toughness and fatigue properties.The results show that the surface roughness is greatly improved,the size,shape and position accuracy can be controlled,the bearing chamber of motor end cover and the reliability of the safe service of motor end cover is ensured.
