摘  要:文章针对HX_(D)1B型机车用双列圆柱滚动体轴箱轴承,通过选取合适的轴箱轴承试验台电机转速、激振台频率和垂向载荷等参数来模拟机车运行工况,同时设置不同的轴箱轴承故障类型,然后利用轴箱轴承试验台对每个故障轴承开展全工况试验。结果表明:电机转速和垂向载荷对故障轴箱轴承的影响较大,而激振台频率的影响较小;在振动信号包络图中可以明显看到转动频率对应的振动信号,但是故障特征频率及其倍频对应的振动信号难以发现。Aiming at the axle box bearing of double-row cylindrical rolling element for HX_(D)1B locomotive,this paper simulates the locomotive operating conditions by selecting appropriate parameters such as motor speed,frequency of excitation platform and vertical load of the axle box bearing test bench,and sets different fault types of axle box bearing.Then,the axle box bearing test bench is used to carry out full-condition tests on each fault bearing.The results show that the motor speed and vertical load have a great influence on the fault axle box bearing,while the influence of the frequency of excitation platform is small.The vibration signal corresponding to the rotation frequency can be clearly seen in the envelope diagram of vibration signal,but the vibration signal corresponding to the fault characteristic frequency and its frequency doubling is difficult to be found.
