摘　　要：近年来,随着高校图书馆知识产权信息服务建设的不断深入,用户深层化、个性化和专业化的需求对高校图书馆知识产权信息服务能力有了更高的要求。关注信息服务能力的评估工作,推动以评促改,有助于高校不断提升其信息服务的能力。在分析高校图书馆知识产权信息服务能力影响因素的基础上构建了包括知识资源、人才队伍、内部管理、外部协同、服务保障、用户满意6个维度的自我评估指标体系,并运用专家访谈法、主成分分析法等实证研究方法对指标体系进行了分析和验证,最后提出高校图书馆知识产权信息服务能力提升的策略建议。In recent years,with the continuous advancement of intellectual property information service construction in university libraries,there has been a growing demand from users for more profound,personalized,and professional services.Consequently,the intellectual property information service capabilities of university libraries are now facing higher expectations.To meet these demands,it is crucial for universities to focus on evaluating their information service capabilities and strive for improvement.This study aims to enhance the intellectual property information service capabilities of university libraries by analyzing the factors that influence these capabilities.To achieve this,a self-evaluation index system was developed,comprising six dimensions:knowledge resources,talent team,internal management,external collaboration,service guarantee,and user satisfaction.Empirical research methods such as expert interviews and principal component analysis were employed to analyze and validate the index system.Finally,strategies and recommendations were summarized to enhance the intellectual property information service capabilities of university libraries.
