国外高校图书馆数据素养教育合作模式及启示

摘　　要：文章系统总结国外高校图书馆合作开展数据素养教育的模式,以期为国内图书馆开展或加强数据素养教育合作提供参考。综合运用网络调研、文献调研和案例分析法,调研18所国外高校图书馆数据素养教育合作的具体实践,以此总结出国外高校图书馆数据素养教育合作的主要模式。国外高校图书馆数据素养教育合作主要有馆内及馆际合作、与相关院系合作、与数据服务相关技术和管理部门合作、图情系统内部合作4种模式。在综合分析国内合作开展数据素养教育面临的问题基础上,对加强合作的途径提出建议,包括夯实基础并注重合作拓展、以成果促合作、降低合作成本、项目驱动等。Systematically summarize the practical experience and cooperation models of foreign university libraries collaborating on data literacy education,in order to provide reference for domestic libraries to carry out or strengthen cooperation in data literacy education.By comprehensively utilizing online research,literature research,and case analysis methods,this study investigates the specific practices of 18 foreign university libraries in data literacy education cooperation,in order to summarize the main models of data literacy education cooperation among foreign university libraries.There are four main modes of cooperation in data literacy education in foreign university libraries:intra library and interlibrary cooperation,cooperation with relevant departments,cooperation with relevant technical and management departments,and internal cooperation within the library information system.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the problems faced by domestic cooperation in data literacy education,inspiration has been provided for ways to strengthen cooperation,including solid foundation and focusing on expanding cooperation,promoting cooperation through results,reducing cooperation costs,and project driving.
