改良德尔菲技术指导肝切除术前麻醉护理宣教内容的制订

摘　　要：目的研制肝切除术前麻醉护理宣教内容, 以协助麻醉科护士在术前宣教过程中系统地评估患者需求并提供宣教。方法基于文献研究、半结构式访谈, 针对"术前准备"等指标对15名专家进行改良德尔菲技术咨询并确定宣教内容。结果 2轮专家咨询的问卷有效回收率均为100%。第2轮专家咨询中, 专家权威系数为0.882, 一、二、三级指标专家意见的Kendall协调系数分别为0.620、0.189、0.124(P<0.05)。最终形成的肝切除术前麻醉护理宣教内容包括一级指标4项(术前准备、术中管理、术后并发症、情感职能), 二级指标17项, 三级指标47项。结论通过改良德尔菲技术制订了肝切除术前麻醉护理宣教内容。Objective To develop the contents of anesthesia nursing education before hepatectomy,in order to assist anesthesiology nurses to systematically assess patients'needs and provide education during preoperative education.Methods Based on literature research and semi-structured interviews,15 experts were consulted by Delphi technical experts on the improvement of"preoperative preparation"and other indicators to determine the education content.Results The effective recovery rate of the questionnaire within two rounds of expert consultation was 100%.In the second round of consultation,the expert authority coefficient was 0.882,and the Kendall coordination coefficient of expert opinions for the first,second and third indexes was 0.620,0.189 and 0.124,respectively(P<0.05).The final content of anesthesia nursing education before hepatectomy included 4 primary indexes(preoperative preparation,intraoperative management,postoperative complications,emotional function),17 secondary indexes,and 47 tertiary indexes.Conclusions The contents of anesthesia nursing education before hepatectomy was formulated by the modified Delphi technique.
