摘 要:上海是全国第一个在省级层面提出在全市域范围内实施减量化的城市,减量化后的土地是否存在建筑垃圾,其分布、含量是土地是否复耕的重要依据。这里综合多频电磁法(GEM-2)及并行高密度电法(PEM)对上海某减量化土地进行了快速探查工作。为进一步提高检测效率,以多频电磁法(GEM-2)作为面积性快速扫描手段,以并行高密度电法(PEM)作为剖面测深控制,3个频率的GEM-2数据所反应的不同深度的电导性平面特征,与PEM所反应的电阻性具有很好的对应性。研究表明,高电导率区域对应于钢筋污水池等钢筋混凝土构筑物的位置,低电导率与高电阻对应于砖块、混凝土块、水泥地坪等位置。通过利用高密度电法对GEM的刻画对比,以及现场开挖验证,结合文献调研,总结了地区相对经验性的深度校正公式,较好地解决了地下建筑垃圾埋深问题;在新的类似实践工作中,可完全利用GEM替代高密度电法,实现快速检测的目的。Shanghai is the first city in China to propose a city-wide reduction of construction land at the provincial level.The critical reduction point is to reduce the construction land with low construction levels outside the urban agglomerated construction areas as determined by urban planning,transforming it into ecological land and arable land through land consolidation and reclamation.Whether it is suitable for agricultural use or not,the distribution and content of construction waste under the reduced land is one of the critical factors determining whether it is used as a qualified agricultural land.It is essential for urban land reduction and reclamation to use geophysical methods to detect the reduced land quickly.In this paper,the multi-frequency electromagnetic method(GEM-2) and parallel electrical method(PEM) were used to explore a reduced land in Shanghai rapidly.In order to further improve the detection efficiency,the multi-frequency electromagnetic method(GEM-2) was used as the area-fast scanning method,and the parallel electrical method(PEM) was used as the profile sounding method.The distribution characteristics of conductivity at different depths are obtained from the electromagnetic data of five frequencies,which are in good agreement with the inversion results of the parallel electric method.The research shows that the high conductivity area corresponds to the location of the reinforced sewage pool and other structures,while the low conductivity and high resistance correspond to the location of bricks,concrete blocks,and cement floors.Through the use of a high-density electrical method to depict and compare GEM,as well as on-site excavation verification,combined with literature research,this paper summarizes the regional relative empirical depth correction formula,which better solves the problem of buried depth of underground construction waste;In new similar practical work,GEM can be used entirely to replace high-density electrical method to achieve the purpose of rapid detection.
