摘 要:金山店矿东区Ⅱ号矿体下盘近矿围岩松软破碎,原设计的下盘开拓和采准工程破坏严重,报废率高。结合矿山无底柱崩落法开采现状,提出了上盘沿脉凿岩联巷和沿走向长凿岩进路2种采准工程优化布置方案。通过对比井巷工程量、中深孔工程量、掘进成本、井巷工程施工周期、支护成本、回采周期等,进行技术经济评价,从而确定相对合理的采准工程布置方案。优化后的采准方案较好地规避了松软破碎围岩,同时具备较高的开采效率。The surrounding rock near the footwall of II orebody in the eastern area of Jinshandian Mine is soft and broken.The original design of the footwall development and mining preparation project is seriously damaged and the scrap rate is high.Combined with the mining status of the non-pillar caving method in the mine,two kinds of optimal layout schemes for the mining preparation project are proposed,which are the joint roadway of the upper wall along the vein and the long drilling approach along the strike.By comparing the amount of roadway engineering,medium and deep hole engineering,tunneling cost,construction period of roadway engineering,support cost,mining period,etc.,the technical and economic evaluation is carried out to determine the relatively reasonable layout scheme of mining preparation project.The optimized mining preparation scheme avoids the soft and broken surrounding rock and has high mining efficiency.
