和睦山铁矿残采期经济效益分析

摘　　要：和睦山铁矿目前已经进入残采期,当前剩余矿量约110万t。根据矿山近几年开采资料和铁精粉市场价格,对矿山残采期经济效益进行分析。基于劳动生产率和回采强度预估了残采期的最大产能,基于盈亏平衡分析预估了矿山能盈利的最小产能。结合矿山产能做出计划,2022年生产68万t,盈利4 461.6万元;2023年上半年生产剩余的22.26万t。Hemushan Iron Mine has entered the residual mining period,and the current remaining ore volume is about 1.1 million tons.According to the mining data of the mine in recent years and the market price of iron concentrate powder,the economic benefits of the mine in the residual mining period are analyzed.Based on the labor productivity and mining intensity,the maximum production capacity of the residual mining period is estimated,and the minimum production capacity of the mine is estimated based on the break-even analysis.In combination with the mine production capacity,a plan is made to produce 680,000tons in 2022,with an expected profit of 44,616,000 yuan.In the first half of 2023,the remaining production was 222.6 thousand tons.
