摘  要:巷道掘进光面爆破过程中存在装药时间长、施工效率低、残药多、成本较高问题,且偶尔出现导爆索供应不足,影响巷道光面爆破施工。考虑采用多起爆点小直径药卷轴向间隔装药代替原有的导爆索间隔装药结构进行光面爆破作业,预先使用LS-DYNA数值模拟软件对该结构进行仿真分析,验证实现光爆的可行性。仿真结果表明,爆破后炮孔上部区域保存完好,未发生材料过度侵蚀现象,贴近炸药的一侧矿体达到失效条件,侵蚀完全,可有效崩落矿体,避免挂口现象,可实现光面爆破效果。现场光爆试验结果表明,半孔率可达76%,超欠挖量在20cm以内,最大孔痕长度2.9m左右,基本达到光面爆破效果,为无导爆索光面爆破技术研究提供了新思路。In the process of smooth blasting in roadway excavation,there are some problems,such as long charge time,low construction efficiency,large amount of residual charge and high cost,and occasion-ally insufficient supply of detonating cable,which affect the smooth blasting construction of roadway.In or-der to verify the feasibility of light blasting,a small diameter charge roller with multiple initiation points was used to replace the original charge structure of detonating cable for smooth blasting.The simulation results show that after blasting,the upper area of the gun hole is well preserved,no excessive erosion of materials occurs,the orebody close to the explosive reaches the failure condition,the erosion is complete,and the orebody can be effectively caved,and the hanging phenomenon can avoided,and the smooth blasting effect can be reouized.The results of the field light explosion test show that the half-porosity can reach 76%,the overcut and undercut is less than 20 cm,and the maximum hole mark length is about 2.9 m,which basically achieves the smooth blasting effect,providing a new idea for the research of smooth blasting technology with-out detonating cable.
