摘 要:东鞍山烧结厂浮选尾矿粒度较细,TFe品位为22.82%,有害成分S、P含量非常低,有用矿物主要有磁、赤铁矿和菱铁矿,主要脉石矿物为石英。为了回收其中的铁矿物,开展了选矿试验研究。结果表明,在磨矿细度为-0.038 mm占比95%、弱磁选磁场强度为95.54 kA/m、强磁粗选背景磁感应强度为0.9 T、强磁精选背景磁感应强度为0.5 T条件下获得磁选精矿,磁选精矿采用1粗2精2扫闭路反浮选流程处理,最终获得了品质不错的铁精矿,其TFe品位为62.43%、回收率为35.00%,大大减少了铁矿物的流失,提高了资源的利用率。The particle size of flotation tailings in Donganshan sintering plant is fine,the grade of TFe is 22.82%,and the content of harmful components S and P is very low.The useful minerals are mainly magnetite,hematite and siderite,and the main gangue mineral is quartz.In order to recover the iron minerals,the beneficiation test was carried out.The results show that the magnetic separation concentrate is obtained under the conditions of grinding fineness of-0.038 mm 95%,magnetic field intensity of low intensity magnetic separation of 95.54 kA/m,background magnetic induction intensity of high intensity magnetic roughing separation of 0.9 T and background magnetic induction intensity of high intensity magnetic cleaning separation of 0.5 T.The magnetic separation concentrate was treated by one roughing,two cleaning and two scavenging closed-circuit reverse flotation process.Finally,a good quality iron concentrate with TFe grade of 62.43% and recovery rate of 35.00% was obtained,which greatly reduced the loss of iron minerals and improved the utilization rate of resources.
