摘 要:新疆阿舍勒选矿厂采用一二段磨矿+铜锌混合浮选+粗精矿再磨+铜锌分离+锌硫分离工艺流程分选效果不理想。为了提前获得高品质铜精矿,减少后续工艺的生产压力,开展了以微泡浮选机为半优先浮铜设备的工艺优化研究。试验研究和生产实践表明,微泡浮选机可以获得优质铜精矿。与浮选柱相比,使用微泡浮选机后精矿铜品位提高了2.47个百分点、铜回收率提高了8.40个百分点,锌品位和回收率分别降低了0.08和1.25个百分点,指标优势明显。研究结果证明了微泡浮选机的应用可提高选矿工艺的整体效率,降低选矿生产成本,从而提高企业的经济效益。The separation effect of the first and second stage grinding + copper-zinc mixed flotation +coarse concentrate regrinding + copper-zinc separation + zinc-sulfur separation process adopted by Xinjiang Ashele Concentrator is not ideal.In order to obtain high-quality copper concentrate in advance and reduce the production pressure of subsequent processes,the process optimization research of micro-bubble flotation machine as semi-priority copper flotation equipment was carried out.Experimental research and production practice show that the micro-bubble flotation machine can obtain high-quality copper concentrate.Compared with the flotation column,after using the micro-bubble flotation machine,the copper grade of the concentrate increased by 2.47 percentage points,the copper recovery rate increased by 8.40 percentage points,and the zinc grade and recovery rate decreased by 0.08 and 1.25 percentage points,respectively.The index advantage is obvious.The research results show that the application of micro-bubble flotation machine can improve the overall efficiency of the beneficiation process,reduce the cost of beneficiation production,and thus improve the economic benefits of enterprises.
