摘 要:某滑石型钼矿石Mo品位为0.11%,MgO含量高达为15.28%,钼矿物为辉钼矿,非金属矿物主要为滑石、金云母和阳起石,大量的易浮滑石和其他易泥化矿物导致该矿石现场生产指标不理想。为解决该生产问题,重点围绕新药剂的筛选和应用开展了试验研究。结果表明,矿石在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm80%的情况下1次浮选脱滑石,1粗2精2扫浮选流程预富集钼,预富集精矿再磨至-0.038 mm80%,6次精选3次精扫选流程选钼,中矿顺序返回,最终获得Mo品位为45.15%、回收率为76.81%的钼精矿;优选出的调整剂BK-J、BK-D和捕收剂BK-F是较好地实现钼与镁分离的关键,为滑石型钼矿石的高效分选提供了新范例。The Mo grade of a talc-type molybdenum ore is 0.11%,and the MgO content is as high as15.28%.The molybdenum mineral is molybdenite,and the non-metallic minerals are mainly talc,phlogopite and actinolite.A large number of easy-to-float talc and other easy-to-mud minerals lead to unsatisfactory on-site production indicators of the ore.In order to solve the production problem,the experimental research on the screening and application of new reagents was carried out.The results show that under the condition of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 80%,the talc is floated by one time,and the molybdenum is preconcentrated by one roughing,two cleaning and two scavenging flotation process.The pre-enrichment concentrate is reground to-0.038 mm 80%.Molybdenum is separated by six times of cleaning and three times of cleaning scavenging flotation process,and the middle ore is returned in order.Finally,the molybdenum concentrate with Mo grade of 45.15% and recovery of 76.81% is obtained.The selected regulators BK-J,BK-D and collector BK-F are the key to better realize the separation of molybdenum and magnesium,which provides a new example for the efficient separation of talc-type molybdenum ore.
