摘  要:选矿厂清环水泵房担负着为选矿生产提供清水和循环水的任务,泵房设备的人工检修效率低,操作准确度不足。为此,设计建设泵房无人值守系统,采用西门子S7-300PLC可编程逻辑控制器,选用CPU315-2PN/DP和扩展模块,PLC输出端对应各台泵、阀门、风机等的继电器,在原操作箱上增设转换开关,新增上位机远程启停。系统投入运行后,取消了清环水泵房岗位,将清环水泵房的操作任务兼并至底流泵房操作室,优化人力资源,大大降低了工人的劳动强度。The water pump room of the concentrator is responsible for providing clean water and circulating water for mineral processing production.The manual maintenance efficiency is low and the operation accuracy is insufficient.Therefore,the unattended system of pump room is designed and constructed.Siemens S7-300PLC programmable logic controller is adopted.CPU315-2PN/DP and expansion module are selected.The output end of PLC corresponds to relays such as pumps,valves and fans.The conversion switch is added to the original field operation box,and the remote start-stop function of upper computer is added.After the system is put into operation,the position of water pump room is cancelled,and the operation task of water pump room is merged into the operation room of the underflow pump room,which optimizes the human resources and greatly reduces the labor intensity of the workers.
