摘  要:拟用于某露天坑充填的尾砂平均密度为2.89 g/cm^(3),d_(10)=1.074μm、d_(50)=21.27μm,颗粒不均匀系数为34.96,属细—极细粒级配不均匀尾砂;某露天坑边坡单台阶高度为12 m,按层高24 m计可分为7层。为确定尾砂胶结体充填露天坑的可能性进行了试验研究。结果表明,随着灰砂比降低,尾矿胶结体粘聚力显著下降,密度、摩擦角不同程度降低,渗透系数提高;尾砂胶结体充填露天坑,可以显著提高边坡的安全系数;依据A—A’剖面、B—B’剖面充填尾矿胶结体的安全系数,并结合充填经济成本因素,建议第1层充填灰砂比1∶4的尾矿胶结体,第2层充填灰砂比1∶8的尾矿胶结体,其余层均充填灰砂比1∶12的尾矿胶结体,从而达到安全和效益的最大化。The average density of tailings used for filling in an open pit is 2.89 g/cm^(3),d_(10)= 1.074 μm,d_(50)= 21.27 μm,and the particle non-uniformity coefficient is 34.96,which belongs to fine-very finegrained grading non-uniform tailings.The single step height of an open pit slope is 12 m,which can be divided into 7 layers according to the height of 24 m.In order to determine the possibility of filling open pit with tailings cement body,an experimental study was carried out.The results show that with the decrease of cement-sand ratio,the cohesion of tailings cemented body decreases significantly,the density and friction angle decrease to varying degrees,and the permeability coefficient increases.Filling open pit with tailings cemented body can significantly improve the safety factor of slope.According to the safety factor of A—A' section and B—B' section filling tailings cemented body,combined with the economic cost factor of filling,it is suggested that the first layer should be filled with tailings cemented body of cement-sand ratio of 1∶4,the second layer should be filled with tailings cemented body of cement-sand ratio of 1∶8,and the remaining layers should be filled with tailings cemented body of cement-sand ratio of 1∶12,so as to maximize safety and benefit.
