摘　　要：政治认同是关系执政党根基、政治聚合力乃至政治合法性的重要课题,也是有效规避“塔西佗陷阱”的核心因素。作为中国式民主的核心标识,全过程人民民主蕴含深厚的认同逻辑,即以人民性立场保障民主主体、民主权利、民主实践的价值认同;以发展性特征诠释中国制度建设与制度执行独特优势的制度认同;以高效能治理确证人民利益实现、配置与保障的利益认同。未来以全过程人民民主持续巩固人民政治认同,其重点是要在培塑政治信任、广泛凝聚共识、扩大有序参与、提升政府绩效、维护社会公正等方面发力,深化“价值-制度-利益”认同机制,于三治融合中规避“塔西佗陷阱”,推进中国式现代化蓬勃发展。Political identity is an important issue related to the ruling party's foundation,political cohesion and even political legitimacy.It is also the core factor to effectively avoid the “Tacitus trap”.As the core symbol of Chinese democracy,whole process people's democracy contains a profound identity logic:the value identity of democratic subjects,democratic rights,and democratic practices is guaranteed from the standpoint of the people;the institutional identity interprets the unique advantages of our country's system construction and system execution with developmental characteristics;and the interest identity confirms the realization,allocation,and protection of people's interests through high-efficiency governance.In the future,we will continue to safeguard the people's political identity through the whole-process people's democracy.The focus is to cultivate political trust,build broad consensus,expand orderly participation,improve government performance,maintain social justice,and deepen the “value-system-interest” identity mechanism to avoid the “Tacitus Trap” in the integration of the three governance and promote the vigorous development of Chinese path to modernization.
