摘 要:顺北5号断裂带志留系地层含有大段的硬脆性泥岩,并存在大量张开和闭合的裂缝,对压力极为敏感,钻井液安全密度窗口窄,易同时发生井壁垮塌及漏失。针对“塌漏同存”的难题,在聚磺钾胺基钻井液基础上,通过引入具有化学固壁作用的聚合铝盐,形成了多元协同抑制钻井液技术,其抑制性较聚磺钾胺基钻井液有较大幅度提升。在顺北5-9井应用中,有效扩展了钻井液安全密度窗口,在较邻井钻井液密度降低0.04~0.07 g/cm^(3)的情况下,实现了志留系等易坍塌地层的稳定及良好的防漏效果,志留系井漏次数较邻井大幅下降,有效解决了“塌漏同存”的难题,钻井时效大幅提高。In the silurian formation of the fifth Shunbei fracture belt,there are a large section of hard and brit⁃tle mudstone with a massive open-closed fractures which are extremely sensitive to pressure,moreover,narrow safety density window of drilling fluid cause collapse and leakage.In view of the problem of co-existence of col⁃lapse&leakage,on the basis of potassium-amine drilling fluid,through the introduction of polyaluminium salt with chemical solidification effect,a multi-component cooperative inhibition drilling fluid technology is formed,and its inhibition was greatly improved compared with potassium-amine drilling fluid.In the applica⁃tion of Shunbei 5-9 well,the lower limit of the safe density window of drilling fluid was effectively widened.When the density of drilling fluid was 0.04~0.07 g/cm^(3) lower than that of the adjacent well,the stability and good leakage prevention effect of the easily collapsing formation such as Silurian were realized.The number of leakage of Silurian was greatly reduced compared with that of the adjacent well,and the problem of co-exis⁃tence of collapse&leakage was effectively solved,and the drilling efficiency was greatly improved.
